Hi! I am Thelma Cary-Rossbach and I am a loan officer with Legacy Mortgage! I am married to my junior high sweetheart and we have two beautiful children. I can’t leave out my little buddy Charlie-he is a sassy little Shih-tzu! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family whether it be on the lake for the day, riding the trails in Northern Michigan, crafting or playing some slots at the casino! I have been in the real estate/mortgage industry for approximately 25 years. I started as a Realtor back in 1998 and teamed up with my mother. I went from being a Realtor to a Real Estate Broker in 2013(4th generation). In early 2020, I decided to take the leap and move over to the mortgage side. I have always had a passion for numbers. Although I absolutely loved being on the real estate side, I can honestly say moving over was the best decision I could have made for myself and my family. I have a strong passion for what I do! My clients and their “needs/goals” are always at the forefront. I feel I bring something “unique” to the table that others do not…that is having the experience on both sides of your transaction.
