With over 8 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I am passionate about helping clients navigate the home financing process with confidence and ease. I pride myself on providing personalized service, clear communication, and a smooth lending experience from application to closing. Building strong relationships with clients and referral partners is at the heart of everything I do.

I love what I do!  Every day I interact with the world, and I always work towards the same goal, make a positive impact. For the first 14 years of my career, I worked as a loan officer.  I was constantly a top producer and was always the first to raise my hand to a co-worker in need.  In 2019 I decided turn my helping nature into a career which was my new beginning.  Throughout these last years, I have found myself working with some of the best people I could have ever hoped for.  My job is to help the team win. Outside of work I enjoy investing into real-estate.  I have bought and sold dozens of houses.  I used to buy and flip and own long term rentals.  Today I am invested into air b and b’s. I also enjoy trail riding my dirt bikes with my wife and children, do Tae Kwon Do and play the ukulele.

Now living in Davison, Michigan with her family, Karen is passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s biggest financial decisions—purchasing a home.
